Sahir Lodhi

On 2 October 2026, Three Tapes began handling Sahir Lodhi’s Instagram presence and PR campaign. The brief was to make the return feel intentional, restart active audience conversation and build a stronger commercial platform while the campaign was still unfolding.

Sahir Lodhi during the Three Tapes Instagram and PR campaign

The brief

The campaign needed to feel like a return, not a routine restart. The aim was to reintroduce Sahir’s personality, give audiences a reason to respond and share, and rebuild the profile around consistent conversation rather than isolated posts.

What we’re handling

Three Tapes is currently responsible for the Instagram direction and the active PR campaign. The work is deliberately being treated as a live campaign rather than a finished case study, because the commercial side is still developing.

First-week signal

The active comeback reporting now points to 1M+ views and 10K+ audience growth while the Instagram + PR campaign is still unfolding. Instead of presenting raw screenshots, we are summarising the momentum through a cleaner campaign-view format that fits the site better.

The shape of the curve matters as much as the total: the signal begins quietly, spikes around the comeback launch, then sustains into follow-up content and outreach. Because the campaign is still live, we keep the wording measured rather than pretending this is a closed case study.

The lead comeback Reel

The lead comeback Reel reached 280,774 views and 134,826 unique viewers. 92.5% of viewers were non-followers, while the Reel generated 8,653 profile visits, 995 follows, 862 shares, 331 saves and 377 comments, with a 21-second average watch time.

That combination matters more than the view count alone: the content travelled beyond the existing audience and moved viewers into profile visits and follows.

Momentum after launch

The next formats are being used to turn comeback attention into an ongoing conversation. A Q&A Reel has already reached 42,905 views and 26,822 viewers, generating 2,761 reactions, 297 comments, 196 reposts, 687 shares, 133 saves, 687 profile visits and 90 follows.

That is an important early signal because the account is not relying on one breakout comeback post; follow-up content is also creating actions deeper in the profile.

Audience profile

Instagram’s 14-day audience view showed a commercially mature following: 76.2% aged 25–44, with a 55.8% male / 44.2% female split. Pakistan represented 73.4% of the audience, led by Karachi at 23.8% and Lahore at 13.6%.

This demographic context is useful for shaping the PR and brand-collaboration strategy, but it is not presented as a Three Tapes-generated result.

PR campaign

In parallel with Instagram management, Three Tapes is running the active PR and commercial-outreach campaign around brand collaborations, creative partnerships and commercial enquiries. That work is still unfolding, so we are not claiming signed partnerships or commercial outcomes until they are confirmed.

This case study is intentionally live. It will be updated as the campaign develops and as longer-period, like-for-like performance data becomes available.
