An ongoing fashion partnership where social, Shopify, product presentation and ecommerce optimisation are managed as one connected retail system.
The brief
House of Halima needed its online store and social presence to feel more deliberate, with product imagery, merchandising and the customer journey working together rather than as separate jobs. Three Tapes began handling the brand’s social presence on 20 August 2026 while continuing hands-on Shopify and ecommerce work.
What we do
Three Tapes manages recurring social and website work, including catalogue imagery, product presentation, best-seller merchandising, sold-out handling, recommendation blocks, cart progress, product navigation and mobile/web usability improvements.
Current reporting now shows a stronger picture of momentum: 800K+ views and 53.3K+ commercial-intent actions across the active campaign and ecommerce-management window.
The audience
The current Instagram audience is highly relevant to a UK fashion retailer: 87.9% is UK-based, 90.6% is female and 89.2% is aged 25–54. Leading cities include London, Birmingham, Blackburn, Bradford and Bolton.
Audience percentages are from Instagram’s 30-day audience view shown in the client’s Insights; they are presented separately from the 20 Aug–6 Oct performance period.
The system
The partnership is deliberately operational: every content decision can inform the store, and every store issue can become part of the next round of creative or conversion work. That is the model we increasingly prefer for retail clients.
What Three Tapes handled
The scope changed with the needs of the project rather than being forced into a fixed package.
